The Riverside Reserve Subdivision was another high profile subdivision for Carlin Enterprises adjacent to Styx Mill Country Club. The project consisted of the construction of 40 sections, upgrading Hampden Grange Ponds to acommodate the increase in stormwater, upgrading stormwater pipework leading to the ponds and widening of Hussey Road.
