Harrow Green development is a first in New Zealand with a sustainably built community of 266 residential lots, located on the Southern side of Rolleston. It goes beyond industry standards to deliver a space where energy efficiency, sustainable methodologies and thoughtful design meet modern living.

Civil construction has simultaneously run alongside residential construction, which has significantly reduced the overall timeframe of the project.   We have also utilised eco construction materials within the design of the subdivision, which has reduced the overall carbon footprint typically created by land development projects.
